Membership of Tas FHS Inc. is open to all interested in genealogy and family history,
whether resident in Tasmania or not.
Assistance is given to help trace overseas ancestry as well as Tasmanian.
Dues are payable each year by 1 April.

members receive copies of the society's journal Tasmanian Ancestry,
published
quarterly in June, September, December and March.
Members
are entitled to free access to all the society's libraries.
Access
to libraries of some other societies has been arranged on a reciprocal
basis.
